Concert Ticket category
Platinum and Gold concert tickets are based on reserved seating.
The minimum age of entry is 6.
Silver and Bronze tickets are free-standing and the position is based on a first-come-first serve at the time of entry.
The minimum age of entry is 12.
Each ticket admits one person to designated area at the time of concert which they have purchased.
ATTENTION : When purchasing tickets in the back row (BRONZE'), please note that there are cases of less visibility. Tickets are required for everyone above the age of 6. Those 12 and below MUST be accompanied by at least one adult about the age of 21.

Ticket Redemption Point
Attention to those who bought concert tickets and want to redeem them at JCC and those who want to buy tickets at JCC, please take note of the opening hours of the ticket booths at the venue:
May 28: 11.00am to 10.00pm
May 29: 10.00am to 10.00pm
Ticket redemption and purchase is available during the above times.
Tickets can be also redeemed from Rajakarcis Main Outlet on 27th May (Tue) 11:00AM 17:00PM at the Rajakarcis Main Outlet:

Ticket Redemption Procedure
Bring below items for redemption
- E-voucher (online purchase - print out, outlet purchase - given)
- Photo ID (Identity card or passport)
- IF a friend purchased your ticket, please produce a photocopy of your friend’s Photo ID and a letter of authorisation
You will receive the ticket with Barcode
For the Platinum and Gold ticket holders, your seat numbers will be made known at the redemption timing
Entry to The Concert
Present your ticket with the Barcode, which you have received at the redemption Point, at the entry points. Entry points for each tier will be marked. For the re-entry into the concert, your hand will be stamped with a verification chop.
Concert Ticket Terms Conditions
- Each ticket admits one person to designated concert area for which they have purchased.
- All sales are final and no refunds will be entertained.
- Entry will be refused if tickets presented have not been issued by the Organisers.
- The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual concert, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
- Indonesia law shall govern the sale of all tickets and all Ticket Holders agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesia courts.
- Strictly no photography, audio and video recording is allowed during the concerts. We reserve the right to remove those caught doing from the venue without refund.
- The minimum age of entry to the Platinum and Gold seating areas is 6 and above. For Silver and Bronze standing areas, the minimum age of entry is 12. Tickets are required for everyone above the age of 6. Those 12 and below MUST be accompanied by at least one adult about the age of 21.
- The organizer's decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
