When purchasing online, if you choose “Print at Home”, you will receive the e-ticket to print at home. The barcode on the e-ticket is to be shown during entrance for concert entry. No further exchange or redemption is required. KEEP THIS BARCODE SAFE AS IT IS UNIQUE AND CAN ONLY BE SCANNED ONCE UPON ENTRY.
If you choose “Box Office Collection”, you are required to present your ID and the credit/debit card used for purchase of tickets to redeem a ticket for entrance into the performance venue. IDs or credit cards that do not match purchase will be rejected.

Both VIP Rockzone and Rockzone are free standing tickets facing the front stage directly, however the VIP Rockzone offers the best view as it is the first few rows closest to the stage.
There will be no seats/chairs at the free-standing area and entrance is based on a first come first serve basis. The area allocated will be sufficient and comfortable for both VIP Rockzone and Rockzone. Kindly respect other attendees to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience.

Yes, at the point of purchase via www.myticket.asia - you will be able to select your preferred block, either CAT 2 (Right) or CAT 2 (Left), however you will not be able to choose your seat as all CAT 2 seats are free seating.

For the enjoyment and comfort of all members of the audience, all performances start promptly at the time printed on the ticket. Please be seated at least 15 minutes before the performance start time. Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance.
All DSLRs and cameras are not allowed into the Arena. Only official photographers hired by the event management can carry these.
LED lights, lasers, flashlights, or any other battery-powered glow sticks will not be permitted into the arena. Official Hatsune Miku glow sticks (including from previous official Miku concerts), and chemical glow sticks no longer than 6" are permitted.
iPads and tablets are not permitted into the arena.

Only fan boards sized A3 or smaller are allowed into the venue.
Fans can begin lining up at 5PM after a security check. Doors will open for VIP Rockzone and Rockzone ticket holders at 6PM. Doors for the Category 1 and Category 2 ticket holders will open at 7PM. The entry time subject to change depending on situation. It will be best to join us at the venue early as we have lots of activities and booths waiting for you!
No. The barcode on your ticket is valid for a one-time entry into the venue only. NO re-entry is allowed.
Yes. There will be an official merchandise booth at the Hatsune Miku Expo 2017 selling official and exclusive merchandise for this Expo only.
